This homeowner came to us looking to make better use of their existing space and add a second bathroom. After consulting with our architect, we were able to convert the bonus space above the garage into a large master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom and an office.
We also converted the three seasons room into a dining room, and opened up two walls to give the main living space a nice open flow.
