This Cape Cod was all original from the 1950s and was in need of modernization. The kitchen was gutted and renovated with custom cabinetry, stone countertops, tile backsplash, and a custom hood. The bathrooms were redesigned to create more space, and finished with custom tile work as well. The fireplace was given a new facade with stone and wood planking, and the original floors were refinished to give them a new shine. In addition, the customer opted to replace all windows and doors and install new trim.
